Carolina Christian Book Fairs was founded in 2005 and we have over 1500 events completed. We are continuing to grow as a direct marketing company and ministry bringing good books and the Good Word to the world.

Our primary clients are Christian schools, hospitals, Child Development Centers and churches. We have expanded and now have warehouses in three locations serving the Midwest, the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States.

We have also expanded into the area of homeschooling and have an extensive line of new and used textbooks as well as educational materials and games.

Shipping Information:

Cash & Carry Events: We will ship the books to you via UPS in nominally sized boxes one week prior to your event. For local events (within 200 miles): We will bring the books to you for setup. We will also pickup unsold items at the end of the event. "Book Fair in a Box": we ship out books within one week of your event. Online Store: all orders are shipped out within two business days. Back orders will be notified immediately.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We guarantee every item we offer, so we will replace or refund your purchase if you have any questions. If you need to return an item, we do request that you notify us so we are aware of this and can issue a Return Authorization Number in order to process your return.

• What types of events do you offer?

Cash & Carry: Multiple copies per title to be purchased on site. The number of titles is proportional to the size of the event.

Good Books in a Box (GBB): One copy of a set of titles that you can choose for display. You run the entire event and we support you in this role. Orders are taken on site. After the event closes, fax us what the orders and send it net payment for the books. We in turn ship them to you directly. You will keep your rebate (the money you made from the book fair),

• How long does the book event last?

Cash & Carry: Two days to one week.

Good Books in a Box (GBB): One to two weeks.

• What types of products do you offer?

We have a wide variety of products including some of the best selling General Interest, Christian books, Bibles and gift items.

• How can you offer current, popular books at discounted prices?

We purchase in large quantities, directly from the publishers. We don’t have a typical bookstore overhead to pay for location, employees, etc.

• What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Check, e-Check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and payroll deduction.

• How do we prepare for the book fair?

You appoint a contact person we can interact with. You can download all the promotional posters, flyers and associated forms that can be distributed prior to the event. You provide space in a high traffic area, tent and tables to display product on, if available.

• Do we need to provide staff to work the fair?

Yes, please. All staff and volunteers will receive a 10% discount off their purchases.

• How often does your product line change?

We have two complete seasons of product per year.

• Do you offer discounted prices?

Yes, our entire product line is sold anywhere from 30% to 60% off the suggested retail prices.
